How to Join

ASG – Columbus (Ohio) serves the greater Columbus area and meets monthly in Worthington, Ohio. Meetings are typically on the second Sunday from 2-4pm and focus on providing social time, a chance to learn new sewing techniques, and show off your creations for the months optional sewing challenge. How to join: If you are ready to join – see below! If you are interested in joining, but not sure – come to a meeting and check it out! Anyone can come for two meetings before making the commitment to get a membership. We would love to have you!

How to Join (online)

All memberships are managed via the American Sewing Guild’s national website (asg.org). Memberships are $60 the first year and $55 annually for adults and help support the activities of your local chapter. Detailed steps below on how to join the local Columbus Chapter:

  • Visit Join ASG to begin the membership process
  • Fill out personal contact information
  • For Chapter Affiliation select – OH/Columbus
  • Pay the initial membership fee either online or by mail

How to join (by mail)

For those who do not wish to enroll online – ASG offers the option to join by mail! Please find a printable version of the application with mailing address HERE.

With the paper form you will have the option to join by either check or credit card.
